At the Every Hour Counts National Conference, Let’s Make Waves!, you are invited to gather to discuss what’s possible to engage, empower, and support young people. Participants will explore how to develop community-wide solutions with young people and leaders from across communities. Get Inspired. Participants will share stories and seek advice with on-the-ground system leaders who represent a diverse range of perspectives. In interactive sessions with passionate speakers, you’ll encounter illuminating perspectives to inform policy and practice in your communities.
Identify Solutions. Engage in strategic conversations with community leaders from across the country to identify solutions that advance the future of afterschool and learning.
Strategize to Center Youth. Every Hour Counts leaders are passionate about engaging and partnering with young people. At this conference, learn how to center youth voice in your local work with both the philosophies and realities needed for systemic change.
Advance Racial Equity. Engage in discussions designed to educate, enlighten, and empower action to foster racially equitable systems and dismantle systemic racism.
Make Connections. Interact with creative thinkers and innovators from across the youth development field and foster new collaborations.
Community teams are encouraged to register; Individuals are also invited.

All attendees are responsible for booking their accommodations and travel to the conference.
Accommodations
We have set up a room block at the Hilton West Palm Beach Hotel, where the conference is being hosted. Rooms are available at a discounted group rate of $219 plus tax. We recommend you book your rooms as soon as possible as we expect the room block to sell out. Please use the booking link in your confirmation email to book accommodations. The deadline to use the discounted booking link is May 9th.
Travel
The conference begins on Tuesday, May 30th with registration and networking from 3:00pm - 5:00pm and an informal reception from 5:30pm - 7:00pm. We officially kick off Wednesday, May 31st at 8:00am. We recommend arriving to West Palm Beach on May 30th. The conference ends Thursday, June 1 at 4:00pm ET.
Please note: Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is the closest airport to the hotel. If you need more flight options, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is the next closest airport.
